I'm not sure but I do feel that maybe the packaging could have been more secure. My brow pencil was broken upon opening it. I was not able to use the pencil at all! Money wasted. I believed in this product and the creator of it but I'm disappointed. It was on the pricey side as well.

I love the ash brown shade because it works well with my silver hair. My brows are laminated by my esthetician daughter about every 2 months. This is an excellent service for people with thinning brows. I fill in the missing hair with Nicck's pencil which is the perfect size and shape. It never breaks like other thin brow liners.
I love this brow pencil and tool all in one. It's just the right consistency where you don't make a mess on your face and it's thin enough to make the small lines. If you're the older lady with thin brows, I love this eyebrow pencil it is definitely number one

I really loved this eyebrow pencil at first. It applied smoothly, had great color payoff, and was easy to use. Unfortunately, by the second day, all of the product had come out of the pencil, making it impossible to use. I was very disappointed with the quality and durability, especially since I enjoyed the product otherwise.
Unfortunately, I was only able to use once! The color is phenomenal but as has happened in the past, the pencil is so feeble and the color breaks or doesn't come up or retract. However this is the first time that it broke like this. I literally was only able to use once. I've been using this same brow color for at least 5 years, and this is a recurring issue. I'm using an alternative product, not preferred. I know I can't be the only customer having this issue. Sometimes the pencil is great and works exactly as it should, you just never know what you're gonna get. It's disappointing considering the cost.
It’s ok! The eye pencil is a little darker than expected and the measuring gauge is off.
